Wellness & Maintenance to Stay Balanced, Relaxed & Healthy
Feeling mostly okay and want to keep it that way? Maintenance care helps you sleep better, move easier, and meet life with a steadier baseline. We blend relaxing bodywork and energy work, paced by your nervous system, so you can refill your cup before stress piles up.
How We Help
Consistency is the secret. Rhythmic sessions keep muscle tension from snowballing and remind your system what calm feels like. Many clients rotate between Thai Stretch Massage and Deep Tissue Massage for body ease or between Deep Tissue Massage and Reiki for deep rest—an effortless foundation for long-term wellness. Plus, we partner with practitioners in the community to rotate a wide variety of evening and weekend classes you can take advantage of.
Your Care Plan Recommendation
1. RESET
For your first visit, choose to start with touch-forward or energy-forward support. Start with Thai Stretch for workout recovery and mobility or Reiki for needing clarity and balance. Establish a routine.
2. PROGRESS
Monthly, alternate one type of massage (you can stick with Thai Stretch or switch to Deep Tissue or Swedish) and Reiki for a whole system reset. Ask for brief focus work as needed. Add on hot stones during massage for extra focus.
3. MAINTENANCE
Every 4-6 weeks or seasonally, continue to keep your baseline steady with consistency. Schedule ahead of busy seasons, travel, or big projects.
4. DEEPEN
All of our other offerings are designed to deepen wellness. Focused on maintaining mind, body, or spirit first? There's something for all of it. Browse our services to see what jumps out at you and follow your gut or curiosity. In general, a great next step is attending one of our group sound bath events and to add oils, salts, and crystals to your at-home rituals from The Good Witch.
Simple, At-Home Care Recommendations

Grounding + fun: Take walks, spend time in nature, and allow yourself to play
Frequently Asked Questions
What cadence is best for maintenance?
Monthly is a great default. Every 3–4 weeks if you have a high-stress season; every 6 weeks if your baseline stays calm.
Can I stack services in one visit?
Yes. Many clients do 60–90 minutes of Massage with a 60 minute Reiki add-on for a full reset.
What if I skip a month?
No problem—start again. We’ll meet your body where it is and rebuild the rhythm.
Do I need to see the same practitioner every time?
Not required, though continuity can help. We keep session notes so your care stays consistent and we oftentimes encourage clients to schedule with other practitioners as needed.
Thai Stretch, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, or Swedish for maintenance?
Choose Thai Stretch if you prefer clothes-on, movement-foward sessions for assisted stretches, joint mobilation, and rhythmic compression.
Choose Deep Tissue if you want firm to deep pressure with focused support.
Choose Hot Stone if you love deep warmth with lighter pressure.
Choose Swedish if you want classic flow with adjustable pressure.
Our massage therapists often combine all of these modalities using an integrative approach to tailor each session to your specific needs. Talk to your masasge therapist at the beginning of the session if you want an integrative approach.
