Your Care Plan Recommendation

Frequently Asked Questions
Hot Stone or Swedish—how do I choose?
Hot Stone brings deep warmth with light‑to‑moderate pressure. Choose Swedish if you prefer classic, oil‑based flow with adjustable pressure.
Can I be quiet the whole time?
Absolutely. Your session can be completely quiet. In fact, we ask you on our client intake forms if you prefer quiet, conversational, or want to play it by ear each session. When you choose quiet, we’ll check in for pressure and comfort only.
What if I get emotional on the table?
It’s normal for the body to release. You’re safe here. We move at your pace and offer grounding techniques and tissues as needed.
How much pressure is “right”?
Enough to invite softening without bracing. We’ll find that together and keep adjusting.
