Laura Stendel

To say Laura, a veteran Licensed Massage Therapist of almost 20 years, has a passion for body work and self-care is an understatement. Her massage and business ownership style is simple:

1) every client wants and needs to be heard and should feel safe emotionally and physically, and

2) every client should get what she herself expects as a client and that's RESULTS.

Clients have nick named Laura "The Good Witch," and you'll begin to understand why after just one visit. Not only will her techniques make you feel amazing with lasting results, but her gift for discerning intuitive hits or "glimmers" as she calls them about what someone is going through without them saying a word is pretty unique. Her 30+ years as an empath and intuitive will help you along your own healing journey in the safe space she has created at the wellness center.

Once you're here you'll realize not only does she treat everyone with great respect as if they were her own family who needed care, but you'll find yourself saying "I belong here."

Laura is an open-minded, always-smiling, high-energy Southern California gal with lots of spirit and a big heart for her clients, body work, and all things outdoors in TN. She spends most of her time at work, BUT, also loves downtime with her daughter, watching Notre Dame football, kayaking down a river, or reading books...lots of books!!!
