Transpersonal Hypnotherapy uses a combination of hypnotherapy and Reiki in a guided, intentional exploration of the subconscious mind. When dealing with an issue, thought pattern or habit that we can't seem to kick, it's likely that there is a subconscious belief creating the issue. The subconscious mind is emotional, it cannot be reasoned with in the same way that the logical mind can reasoned with. This is why it can be so difficult to simply tell yourself to make a new choice. In hypnotherapy, you are gently guided into that subconscious space. Here we can access inner wisdom, remove mental and emotional blocks, heal trauma and help you step into your healthiest and happiest self. You've gone to therapy. You've done the journal prompts, breath work, and meditations. You've read dozens or hundreds of self-help and spirituality books, and talked it through a thousand times.
