This slow, methodical practice involves biomechanical techniques with the art of Pranayama breathe work and the aid of hot stones. It's designed for superior trigger point release. In a 120 minute session we can cover the entire body.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 100% or not charged. Cancellations received more than 2 hours in advance will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 2 hours in advance will be charged a 100% late cancellation fee. All no call/no shows are charged a 100% fee.
