About the event
Held & Witnessed is a monthly women’s circle at Intuitive Bodywork TN. It's a space to slow down, exhale, and be in the presence of other women without pressure to perform, solve, or carry it all alone.
This is a space to commune and share what’s on your heart (if you feel called), to listen, to be seen, and to simply exist as you are.
There is no advice-giving here.
No fixing.
No expectation to have it all figured out.
Just real connection, honest presence, and the quiet support that comes from being witnessed in community.
