About the event

What to Expect:

  • Our resident Coach and Reiki Master, Brandi Fleck, will facilitate an opening conversation to bring the group into coherence

  • She'll then take you through a guided meditation to prepare your mind, body, and spirit to receive Reiki

  • There will be a hands-off group Reiki experience followed by short hands-on Reiki for anyone who wishes to have it

  • There will be a chance to share about your experience if you wish (optional)

  • Bring your own blanket and pillow
