About the event

In this class, you’ll flow through carefully designed sequences that focus on breath awareness, gentle stretching, and mindful movement. It’s the perfect practice to reduce stress, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Erica received her yoga certification in Bali. She encourages her students to embrace their unique journey, allowing yoga to be a source of healing, strength, and peace.
