Chakra Balancing Group Experience

This guided chakra balancing experience is designed to support energetic clearing, alignment, and deeper connection within yourself. As you rest comfortably on a yoga mat, Laura will move chakra by chakra through the group, intuitively balancing energy, releasing heavy or stagnant energy, and placing essential oils and crystals where she feels they are most supportive. Brandi will assist and will also provide chime and/or smoke cleansing, light Reiki, and oracle card pulls.

Throughout the session, a meditative script will guide you through each chakra, offering insight into what that energy center represents, what it may be asking you to notice, and what releasing there can open within you emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

With soft music, intentional energy work, and a calm, supportive atmosphere, this class invites you to let go of what no longer needs to be carried and reconnect with your natural flow.
